It's Beginning to Look a Lot like Christmas

This morning, we woke up and after saying goodbye to Nana and Grandpa, we started to decorate our house for Christmas.  After dinner, Mommy and Daddy made some hot chocolate, and we got to put the ornaments on our Christmas tree.  It was so neat to talk about all the memories as we put the ornaments up.  What a wonderful family night.

Thanksgiving

Today is Thanksgiving and we have SOOO much to be thankful for.  Two Saturdays ago, Mommy and Daddy went to look at a new house for us, and on Sunday they put an offer on it.  There were multiple offers, but on Monday, they found out that we were getting it!!  That night, they met with our new realtor and started doing all the paperwork to get our house on the market.  After a busy week of getting the house ready, on Friday, our house was officially listed.  We had a couple come look that night, and after a little negotiation, they bought our house!!! If that wasn't enough, on Thursday, Mommy and Daddy went to the doctor and found out that we are going to have a little sister in April or May!!!!  Wow.  We are all overwhelmed by God's blessings!!!  Today, we get to celebrate Thanksgiving with Nana, Grandpa, Aunt Kristen, Uncle Sammy, Emma, Aunt Kim, Uncle Richard, Kayla, and all of Uncle Richard's family.  It was so great to have the day to just eat, hang out, and play games.  Thank you, God, for all of our blessings!!!

Party Day

Today, we got to go to THREE birthday parties.  It was a very busy  and fun day (and a great excuse to be out of the house while we were showing it).  We started off celebrating Bonnie and Fiona at their house with a  pajama and donut party.  We had so much fun running around and playing with them.  Then, we went to a farm to celebrate with Jordan and Noelle.  While we were there, we got to go horseback riding, which was really cool.  Javed had gone before, but this was my first time.  It was real neat!!

Gingerbread House

This week, we have been trying to stay out of our house a lot because we just put it on the market.  Tonight, we got to go play at Mama D's house and she made gingerbread houses with us.  We had SOOO much fun and it was extra great to taste the treats as we decorated them.  We just love our time with Mama D.

It's A…...

After Mommy and Daddy went to the doctor and found out if we were going to have a brother or sister, they bought us some cupcakes to tell us the big news...

Thanksgiving Feast

Today, we had the Thanksgiving Feast at my school.  Mommy, Daddy, and Mama D came to have lunch with me, and we sure feasted on turkey, mashed potatoes, corn, fruit salad, and bread.  So yummy.  It was so fun to have my family at school with me!

15 Weeks

From Mommy:  Today, I am officially 15 weeks pregnant.  This has been a MUCH rougher pregnancy, but I am starting to feel better---not as constant anymore.   Today was an extra good day because it's my 34th birthday.  After I dropped the kids off at school, I went and got a manicure and a pedicure and then had lunch with Tara and her kids.  After school, I took Javed and Charley to play at Gateway with some friends and then we had a Technology Night at Javed's school.  After that, we went to a nice birthday dinner at Uncle Julios.  What a wonderful birthday!

Happy 6th Birthday

This morning, I woke up super early because I was so excited about my birthday (and there was just a time change).  Mommy made me pancakes with sprinkles, and I was one happy little boy.  I got to open a couple of presents (some Matchbox cars, some cool pencils, and a a new book), and I was off to school.  When I got home, we did a little homework, and then Mommy took me to Party City and I got to pick out 6 things that I wanted.  I got a lion mask, some M&Ms, a trumpet, a bouncy ball, a football, and a Jake and the Neverlands cup.  I was pretty excited about all of that.  After that, I chose for us to go eat dinner at Chilis and then we picked up some frozen custard at Freddy's.  When we got home, I got to eat my ice cream and open the rest of my presents (some more books, a Knight set, some kneepads/wristpads, a Jake and the Neverlands ball, and some markers).  I was really excited about all my presents, and I just had a wonderful day.  Mommy and Daddy said they couldn't be prouder to have me as their son!
