This Christmas season, Mommy and Daddy have been trying to teach Charley and me about the real reason we celebrate. We have been learning about how it is better to give than to receive. One of the fun things that we decided to do is bake cookies for other people. Last week, we made cookies for our favorite cashier and waitress at Souper Salad. That was really fun to see them so excited!
Awhile ago, Mommy had mentioned that it would be neat to bake for our firemen, and so today, I reminded Mommy that we hadn't done that yet. She was so glad for the reminder, and we had so much fun baking for them. Then, we went to two fire stations and delivered our cookies. They were very appreciative, and some of the firefighters even gave us a tour, and Charley and I got to sit on the fire engines. We felt so good bringing them some treats, and we hope they enjoy them!
